LifeWorks Outreach Services, Inc. was founded by Dr. Cynthia J. Agbayani and Ms. Maureen V. Fannin, LCSW, in October 2006 to help children, individuals and families reach improved levels of function through the delivery of home-based counseling, mentoring, respite, mental health skills building, and comprehensive outpatient services. We strive to build on every individual’s strengths; demonstrate that each person is valued, respected, and capable of making constructive change; focus on achieving the service outcomes desired by each individual and referring agencies; increase one’s capacity to deal effectively with life’s challenges; and help every individual realize their potential as contributing members of the community. Services are provided to families residing in the Northern Virginia area whose situations threaten the well-being of children/youth and the stability of the family. Families receive solution-focused services in their own homes to achieve goals set by the family and the referring agency.
